History of chassis JLA12399

Chassis JLA12399 was one of several Countach owned by Nigel Holland who ran Malvern Tyres in Worcestershire.

This latest example was configured in Rosso with Champagne leather, red piping and no rear spoiler.

It was dispatched from Sant’Agata on July 20th 1988. Five days later, JLA12399 was registered F920 OYR having arrived at Portman Lamborghini in London.

Portman registered six Countach that day with the consecutively numbered plates F919 OYR to F925 OYR.

JLA12399 is depicted here at the Lamborghini Owners Club event held at Syon Park in July 1990 (top) and the Silverstone Historic Festival in July 1993 (above).

Nigel Holland retained the car until 2001.
