VIN: Lamborghini Diablo SE30 chassis RLA12087
History of chassis RLA12087
Lamborghini built 18 examples of the Diablo SE30 in right-hand drive.
Like most of these 30th anniversary special editions, chassis RLA12087 was configured in Viola Metallic with a Blue alcantara interior. It was dispatched to Lamborghini GB in Reading and subsequently registered N7 LAM.
Because of its similar registration and involvement in a serious accident not long after delivery, RLA12087 has frequently been mistaken for the ex-Jay Kay SE30 that was wrecked while travelling down the Kings Road in London during the autumn of 1996 (N77 LAM).
The heavily damaged remains of RLA12087 have remained in an un-repaired state ever since it was crashed in 1996.
The car is depicted here at the Silverstone Historic Festival in July 1995.
