VIN: Lamborghini Diablo SE30 chassis RLA12125
History of chassis RLA12125
Of the 18 right-hand drive Diablo SE30s built, chassis RLA12125 was the only example painted Red. It was originally configured with a dark grey alcantara interior and carpet coloured to match.
Although delivered in 1995, the car was not registered until 1997 (P715 LCF).
It was then retrospectively equipped with an unusual two-tone colour scheme for the interior; red alcantara was combined with pink alcantara inserts for the seats, steering wheel centre, the inner face of the instrument binnacle and the binnacle’s outer cowl. Gold Lamborghini stitching was added to the dash and seats. Red carpet was used throughout.
The car went through three different owners during the first ten years on the road and racked up 24,000km.
It is depicted here at Lamborghini GB’s Reading headquarters in 1997.
