History of chassis CLA12487

Chassis CLA12487 was among the first of 37 right-hand drive Countach 5000 S constructed.

Painted black with a matching black interior and rear wing, it was dispatched from the factory on 18th June 1982.

The car was delivered to Portman Garage and registered YLR 63X on July 9th 1982. For the next few years, it was a frequent sight around London.

In 1996, CLA12487 starred on the front cover of the Paul Cockerham book Lamborghini: The Spirit of the Bull.
