Portal: McLaren F1 GTR 97
Third and final iteration of the F1 GTR. Created in response to reverse engineered GT1 Prototypes from Porsche and Mercedes-Benz. Low drag body and smaller 6-litre normally aspirated BMW Motorsport V12 engine to comply with new 1997 regulations. Nine cars built. All sold to customers.
